When do I get my credit?
You receive your $20 credit after your friend completes their first paid appointment. Credits are added automatically and you'll receive a notification when it's available.
Does it expire?
Credits expire after 12 months from the date they were issued. You'll receive a reminder before your credits expire.
Can it be used on any service?
Yes! Credits can be used on any service or product at The Wrinkle Witch. There are no restrictions on what you can use your credits for.
What counts as a new client?
A new client is someone who hasn't booked an appointment with us before. If someone is already in our system, they don't count as a new client for referral purposes.
How do I see my referral status?
Contact us at thewrinklewitch@gmail.com to check your referral status, credit balance, and milestone progress.
Can credits be combined with other promos?
Referral credits can be used with standard pricing. If another discount or promotion applies, we'll automatically apply whichever saves you more.
How do I check my credit balance?
To check your current credit balance, please contact us at thewrinklewitch@gmail.com. We're working on adding a self-service option to view your balance online in the future.
How does the leaderboard opt-in work?
Participation in the quarterly leaderboard is completely optional and opt-in only. If you choose to participate, you can select your privacy preference for how your name appears: full name, first name with initialed last name, initials only, or anonymous. If you don't opt in, you won't appear on the leaderboard, but you'll still be eligible for prizes if you qualify. You can change your privacy preference or opt out at any time by contacting us.
Terms & Conditions
Program Overview: The referral program offers $20 credit to referrers and $20 off to new clients for each successful referral.
Eligibility: All existing clients are eligible to participate. New clients must be first-time customers (not already in our system).
Credit Usage: Credits can be used on any service or product. Credits expire 12 months from issue date.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to review and reject referrals that appear fraudulent. One credit per referred person. Self-referrals are not allowed.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants.
