Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

The Wrinkle Witch Referral Program ("Program") allows existing clients to earn rewards by referring new clients to our services. When you refer someone new, both you and your friend receive benefits.

• Base Reward: You receive $20 credit for each successful referral after your friend completes their first paid appointment.
• Milestone Bonuses: Earn additional credits when you reach specific referral milestones (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 referrals).
• Quarterly Leaderboard: Compete for top prizes each quarter. Top 3 referrers win additional credits ($100, $75, $50). Participation in the leaderboard is opt-in only, and you can choose how much of your name is displayed (full name, first name with initialed last name, initials only, or anonymous).
• New Client Benefit: Your friend receives $20 off their first facial treatment.

Eligibility

Who Can Participate

• All existing clients of The Wrinkle Witch are eligible to participate as referrers.
• New clients must be first-time customers who have never had a paid service with The Wrinkle Witch.
• New clients must not already exist in our client database.

Exclusions

• Staff members of The Wrinkle Witch and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Existing clients cannot be referred (only new clients qualify).
• Self-referrals are not permitted (you cannot refer yourself).
• Each person can only be referred once. Multiple referrals for the same person will not be honored.

Reward Terms

When Credits Are Issued

• Referrer credits are issued automatically after the referred new client completes their first paid appointment.
• Milestone bonuses are issued automatically when you reach the milestone referral count.
• Quarterly leaderboard prizes are issued at the end of each quarter (after final rankings are calculated).
• Credits are issued via our rewards ledger system and appear in your account balance.

Leaderboard Privacy and Opt-In

• Participation in the quarterly leaderboard is completely optional and opt-in only.
• If you choose to participate, you can select your privacy preference for how your name appears:
  • Full Name: Your complete name will be displayed
  • First Name + Initialed Last Name: Your first name and last initial (e.g., "John D.")
  • Initials Only: Only your initials will be displayed (e.g., "J. D.")
  • Anonymous: You will appear as "Anonymous" on the leaderboard
• If you do not opt in, you will not appear on the leaderboard, but you will still be eligible for prizes if you qualify.
• You can change your privacy preference or opt out at any time by contacting us.

Credit Expiration

• All referral credits expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
• Expired credits cannot be redeemed and will be removed from your account.
• We recommend using credits before they expire.

Credit Usage

• Credits can be used toward any facial treatment or product purchase at The Wrinkle Witch.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be gifted to other clients.
• Credits can be combined with standard pricing.

Credit Stacking Policy

Referral credits can be used with standard pricing. If another discount or promotion applies to your service, we will automatically apply whichever saves you more. Credits cannot be combined with other referral credits or special promotions at our discretion.

Fraud Prevention

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, The Wrinkle Witch reserves the right to review and validate all referrals. The following activities are prohibited and will result in disqualification:

• One Credit Per Person: Each referred person can only generate one credit for the referrer. Multiple referrals for the same person will not be honored.
• No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself using different contact information.
• New Clients Only: Only new clients who have never had a paid service with us qualify for referral rewards.
• Right to Review: We reserve the right to review, validate, and reject any referral that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or violates these terms.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate the referral system, create fake referrals, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all credits.

If a referral is flagged for review, we will investigate and notify you of the outcome. Referrals that are determined to be fraudulent will be marked as invalid and no credits will be issued.

Program Changes and Termination

Right to Modify

The Wrinkle Witch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to:

• Reward amounts and milestone schedules
• Eligibility requirements
• Credit expiration periods
• Program rules and procedures

Notice of Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of significant program changes via email or by posting updates on our website. Continued participation in the program after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Program Termination

If the program is terminated, all existing credits will remain valid until their expiration date. No new referrals will be accepted after termination, but credits already issued will continue to be honored.

Limitations of Liability

The Wrinkle Witch is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or expired credits
• Technical issues that prevent referral tracking or credit issuance
• Referrals that are not completed due to circumstances beyond our control
• Changes to the program that affect future referrals

We make every effort to ensure accurate tracking and credit issuance, but errors may occur. If you believe there is an error with your referral credits, please contact us immediately.
